No one UI 7 update showing

I've been looking on forums about onei 7 and everywhere says that I should have received the update by now but unfortunately I'm still on 6.1 is anyone else still waiting for it? I'd appreciate any guidance on what to expect

I've spoken woth samsung technical support on the phone and they have told me that the update will eventually cone to my phone.however, everywhere online and though the members app has said the opposite and that I should have received it by now. I'm so confused on what's the right information. Does anyone have any advise on what to do?

Where did you purchase the phone from?
If its outside of the region it's meant for, it's likely that's why you are not seeing the update.
Have you tried connecting to a computer and using smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates?

Go back to support and ask if it can be done for you. As last update was some time last year

I brought from affordable mobiles itnwas a 'as new phone' so someone had it before me. I've tried using smart switch and nothing shows

I did and they said it was out of their scope. It's a joke

See you have asked this question before.
Seems that something has gone on with your device.
As its an EE supplied phone initially. Could be because you have a different sim in the phone or maybe as has been suggested on you other question the software has been changed

I'm afraid it's a risk buying any device that's been owned by someone before you.
