I have an s24 ultra and everywhere is saying it's out but it is April 11th as I'm typing this and I still have no update 

What do I do.

Just keep waiting. Some phone cell providers delay updates. As long as you've been getting your monthly updates, it'll arrive soon

Did you get your phone from Samsung, an independent retailer or network?

Network phones usually takes longer because it depends on the network.

In any case, having a S24 Ultra means that you should not have to wait for much longer. Released started on the 7th in Korea and we started to get it here on 10th.

By the way, do a backup before the update if you have not done it already.

Hi. Sometimes updates are carrier dependent. Please check with your network carrier for when the update is coming on your phone.
