Hi
I'm a new Samsung user. After I got my phone, I was asked to update my the software for subsequent months, which I did until it got to April's update. Since after the completion, my 5G and 4G networks have refused to perform. When it's on either, my network stays on for a while and then disappears (claims there's no Sim, while there is). If I turn to 3G, it never happens, but of course 3G is too slow. I'd like to know if the newly released update (May) can correct the errors, or if there's any other solution.
