need help for nv rebuild

hi ,dear  R&D , i m try to unlock my samsung S23 /S24 phone lte band . when i enter service mode,  make system nv data rebuild, got  erro  msg :

SS PVR FEATURE is set !

SYSTEM NV rebuild is blockd! 

system static : nv rebuild fail .

system nv rebuild hwid:0 

i m also try flash full firmware , also cant  make nv rebuild ..

anyone can help me ?

Please be extremely careful if your going to attempt what you have said in regards to flashing. If this goes wrong this can destabilise the phone.

Due to community guidelines. I'm afraid no one can help you with this sorry. Doing so is at your own risk. As this is a support page that doesn't deal with flashing or rooting. As to what BandOfBrothers has said, xdadevelopers site will have the information you need. But again, please do be careful what you do. If anything goes wrong, you will end up losing your phone warranty, and samsung support can not help with this.

thanks , Actually, I wanted to completely reset my Samsung phone. I tried flashing and re partitioning it through Odin, but I couldn't fully restore the phone to its factory settings. Because someone told me that the nv might be locked, I have been searching for ways and methods to fully restore it from the factory.
