My S24 Ultra SM-S928U/DS HAS NOT RECEIVED SEPTEMBER SECURITY UPDATES.
WHY SINCE JANUARY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATE ON IT ?
I NEED HELP ON THIS. NOW I AM IN PAKISTAN

I have the same problem, but SM-S928B/DS.
Factory unlocked international model according to Samsung.
It should work in Finland, but nope, it doesn't work.

I have solve this issue by changing the region of the phone.
check the model name on samfw.com. it will show you which region code (csc) have the latest update.
update your mobile csc code to that region and get ota in no time.
also you can reverse the region if you want. but you have to change the region when you want to update again on latest version.
