When I'm roaming in Spain my S24 connected to Yoigo network, but I want to use Movistar. When I manually select Movistar, it seems to go back to automatic network selection and go back on Yoigo. How can I stop this?

I havent need to set it to manual in a long while but definitely used to work

Actually I lie. I did do that last year, not sure it was on my S24 Ultra as I lost data on AT&T and it worked

I wonder why it won't work for me. Do you think it could be down to my SIM?

The type of network connection for roaming may lie in any agreements the networks have in place between themselves @plh78

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I thought it could be that, but my phone does connect to Movistar successfully. But after a shirt time, it switches back to Yoigo

Your UK mobile network will have signal sharing arrangements in each country. If your UK network isn't sharing with MovieStar then you won't be able to connect to it unless you get a MovieStar Sim Card.
