Mic mode ...?

While doing my back stretching exercises, I was watching one of those YouTube videos, you know, first things to set up on your S24 series.

Mic mode was mentioned though it doesn't seem to be on my S24 Ultra purchased directly from Samsung here in the Netherlands. 

This Mic mode, when enabled, acts as a background noise reducer when using the Phone app.

I couldn't find Mic mode anywhere even when using search in Settings. 

Is that just offered in the US perhaps?

I'm in the UK and I don't have it on my s24+...how do I add it to my phone? Nothing comes up when I male a call

I setup voice focus mode but when I make a still some noise comes from background so I don't think it's perfectly work
Samsung should upgrade this features

I am not getting this symbol in my S24 Ultra. It was their when I bought it but I turned it off thinking it is something else. How to turn this setting on again?

I can't find my mic mode when I called

I used to see that orange feature and then just a week ago or so I stopped seeing it after I changed it to focus mode or something. 

No I didn't update my phone. I don't even have the latest update as I use an A34. 

Please someone help me. I feel what I touched has made me hard to hear over the phone. I don't know why Samsung won't just put the feature in settings. Only thing that happens now when I make or receive calls is the green symbol at the top right.

Previously, it was available in older versions of Android. After updating to Android 15, it is missing.
