Merge call/conference call issue

My Galaxy S24 on T-Mobile wont merge or initiate conference calls. I get an error message can't place call on hold then when I try to swap back to the original call it just hangs up on both calls. I've contacted T-Mobile they walked me through a few steps, clear cache and data which worked for the next immediate call.  This has been going on for some time now and I'm getting pretty frustrated.

This is a uk forum and by "t-mobile" I'm assuming your american. So we might not be able to help as much as the american forum.

I do see you aren't using wifi calling though, while being on WiFi. Try turning WiFi calling on. HD+ means VoLTE is being used, but if you're on WiFi, you can enable WiFi calling
