Locked phone i need help

My father have a problem with his new s24+ phone please help us

Well hello my father put the phone in his pocket without closing the screen and the the consequence is a password his pocket set up and he can not open the phone now

But the catch is that he has some very importent legal documents in the phone and he cant factory reset becuase he cant afford loosing those documents 

I tried everything tried the google find but apparently take gut rid off the option to unlock your phone

Tried a usb but the pc doesnt connect with the phone cuase its mega lock or something 

(The pc find other phones and other s24+)

For short any ideas? Please help us we will do anything but loosing the data
