Hello, I really need help;
I am based in the UK. I got the S24 ultra but I can't see the good lock app and many other app in galaxy store. Why is this the case please? Hope I haven't got a fake phone 😔


Secondly, the prices for the apps is in naira and the card I added was for pounds. Is anyone having similar problems?

Is your Samsung account set to UK? (Settings > Samsung account > profile info > country/region)

Do you have a VPN enabled on your phone? If so, that could be your issue. If not, go into Settings, type in Language in the search, then go to Language General Management and see which language is enabled. If it's not English UK the you need to set it to that.
