Last security update for S24 Ultra

I own a S24 ultra and my last security update was September 2024. I try to check for updates and it says it is up to date. My employer needs my  security patch to be at least October 2024. How do I force the update so I can keep using it for my job?

A trick is to insert another activated sim card from a different Network to see if this instigates an update. 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre maybe able to help.

What you trying to do because with due respect I have s24 ultra and since last mounth I m trying to download new one ui 7 but I cannot see any option of downloading this even though my phone is fully updated to the latest updates.
Can u help please

One UI 7.0 isn't out yet and the beta programme has finished. Now have to wait for the public roll out which will be after the S25 series is launched

Oh I see i though it was available for s24 ,s24 plus and s24 ultra devises in the UK as beta program untill officially lunches thts why I was checking all the time in samsung members app .
But anyway thankx for the information I won't check anymore I wait now lol

It was back in November but beta is currently full and stable release is seen to be imminent
