I am trying to sign in to the Samsung Members webpage. I keep getting a page that says to update the Samsung account app. When I click on that, it takes me to the Galaxy Store, but it says it is up to date. Then, when I try to log in with my email and password, it says the account ID does not exist. Has anyone had this issue and knows of a fix?
