I am having issues with accessing the Galaxy Store, this is on a new S24 Ultra my wife's is also showing this issue. 

Any advice or help would be much appreciated..

I also have this issue. It will only work on mobile data, so I've ended up spending all my allowance on updates! 1706233746563.jpg

Ahh OK, I got it in my head it was some setting in my Deco's that were wrong, thanks for replying, as I said a temp fix was to use a VPN on my phone (Windscribe), this was free to use, weirdly I set it at the last place used which was texas and it worked fine!!

Awesome! Thanks, I'll do the same if I need to access the store again. I just spoke to someone on another thread who spoke to support and he said they are working on a fix which should be live soon! 🤞🏻

No problem, I like others used loads of data setting up my new phone but luckily have some data left, others haven't been so lucky by the looks of it, I have now deleted all of the apps that are on the galaxy store and and have now re downlaoded them from the play store just in case.
