I have this issue with Instagram sending my photos sideways..! First of all I just had to convert the photos because Samsung does not support their own heic photos... Smh. For the Instagram issue it's only does it with messages.. see below.

Here is what happens when I send the photo as a IG message. It gets rotated for NO REASON.
The photo posts fine in stories and also Whatsapp.
So to me it seems like an Instagram issue (only with IG messages) but hear me out.... I now spend more time troubleshooting silly issues with this than my old iPhone 13 that was $300 on eBay. Samsung needs to get there stuff together because honestly this user experience is garbage. Not a single app works flawlessly, I will be creating posts for each and every issue I come across. For $1000 this should be a polished user experience. Who's signing up for these headaches when you can have something that "just works 💯" And I understand this is probably something for Instagram tech support but Samsung also bears some responsibility here too. Like how can I not upload a heic photo from a Samsung phone to the Samsung website without using 3rd party tools.. Make that make sense to me. Please
