Inability to add cards to wallet

Tried god knows how many times to add various cards to my wallet with no luck everytime was easy as pie tovdo on iPhone samsung make it seem impossible

Which wallet app are you using? Samsung wallet or google wallet?

Usually any issues with adding cards are due to the banks blocking it, not the phone

It'll be your bank blocking it. As long as it's not saying card not supported.

You probably need to call your bank and get them to allow it

@plaug3dr: It is possible that Samsung Wallet does not support payment details from your bank. What happens when you attempt to add the cards? Do you get any error messages or notifications? Have you tried setting up Samsung Pay+ from inside the Wallet app to see if you're able to add your cards in this manner? To find out more, please take a look at the link below.

If the issue persists, then I recommend downloading Google Wallet from the Play Store, and trying this as an alternative.

It just says an error cured and that it may be the bank but its happened on 4 different cards from different providers with the same messages everytime

@plaug3dr: Support is quite limited on Samsung Wallet, therefore I do recommend trying the Samsung Pay+ approach to see if this helps.

Google wallet is more versatile allowing for more banks and loyalty cards

I have e fou d out Samsung wallet doesn't accept one of my banks but they do accept the others will keep investigating the issue thanks for the help

Just get Google wallet. Job done.
