@plaug3dr: It is possible that Samsung Wallet does not support payment details from your bank. What happens when you attempt to add the cards? Do you get any error messages or notifications? Have you tried setting up Samsung Pay+ from inside the Wallet app to see if you're able to add your cards in this manner? To find out more, please take a look at the link below.

If the issue persists, then I recommend downloading Google Wallet from the Play Store, and trying this as an alternative.
