Don't know why you would blame Samsung for that. You'll need to speak to your network provider and ask them for help.

Sorry to hear of your issues but I really do not see how you can blame the S24 Ultra device when you've forgotten the password.
I would question why you would have a password on voicemail from your own phone mind? I know you can add a pin for calling from other devices / numbers......
You need to reach out to your network. They may be able to reset either your password or your voicemail service.

I have to have a PIN to pick up my voicemail from this phone or any phone I've ever had. So that is not weird. I have now followed the suggestion of Omega Mutant and the provider has changed the password for me.

i haven't been able to pick up my voicemails for months. Very disappointed in the Ultra S24 because this is not what I expect from a quality product. Somebody please tell me how you change your voicemail password so you can get your voicemails. No, I don't know what it was before. I forgot. That's why there is a problem.

I think this is something you must have set up in the past. Maybe consider turning it off??
