I used to used the volume buttons and power button to take a screen shot but for some reason that does not work anymore. Can someone help me with this issue.

Thanks

You can press the volume down rocker and power button simultaneously to take a screen shot or turn on palm swipe @unnamed1975

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thanks the volume down down rocker and power button has stopped functioning. I have turned on the palm swipe but only managed to get it working once

Hi @unnamed1975

You could use Bixby. Say "Hi Bixby" and then "Take a screenshot"

Is there a quick launch panel like the one on the S23? 1711392112198.jpg

Correction to the swipe method, it's from left to right. Also as mentioned, you can use the quick access button to take a screenshot too.

You can use the side bar, the one that is represented by the little white bar and it's got some quick menus, you can set them yourself and add screenshot to it.

Hi,

Before performing the power button (side-key) combination, you must first set up the side-key. I found a guide on how to configure the side-key here. Hopefully, it will solve your problem.
