Help with Wi-Fi issue

My phone auto connect to 5ghz can I stop it as I got a WiFi cam and it needs to be on 2.4ghz

If it works the same as WiFi smart plugs you need to be on 2.4ghz to set the app up and connect the camera. Best to set the router to 2.4ghz to do the setup. You can then enable dual band again as once set up it doesn't matter if your phone is on 5ghz as it will still work.
