@Badabingsta: There doesn't appear to be a screenshot attached to your post. If possible, please reply and include a screenshot which captures the issue you're experiencing, as this will be useful as part of the troubleshooting process.
In the meantime, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. This will perform a Soft Reset, and resolve any temporary software issues which might be a contributing factor.
