To my understanding- roll out date doesnt guarentee youre going to get it that day, theres a lot of factors

It's already started in Korea, might take few days or so to reach other regions, it's a matter of waiting now as it will reach eligible devices as soon as it will be available, also depends if you got your device from network provider like EE, 3, Vodafone etc as they delay the updates as they need to test them forst before releasing it. Should be not long tho.

If this was apple everyone would get the update at the same time. Samsung are just going backwards

Yeah i understand, but also few other countries in Europe received the update today. I'm patient and don't mind waiting because at this point I've waited long enough but it's just kinda strange
