Gyro Issue on Galaxy S24 Ultra During Gaming - Unstable and Erratic Behavior

Hey everyone,

I'm facing an issue with the gyro on my Galaxy S24 Ultra while playing games. The gyro seems really unstable and doesn't function properly. It's acting as if I'm touching the screen in two places at once, causing erratic movements in-game. 

This makes aiming or controlling certain functions nearly impossible, especially in games that rely heavily on precise gyro controls. I've tried restarting the phone and ensuring my software is up to date, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do you know of any potential fixes? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, 

The same is happening with me, have you got any solution for this as all tests are showing it normal. 

Have you visited to the service center? This is happening in all sort of games not just BGMI or PUBG. ( Which requires GYRO as crucial part )

I haven't been to the service centre cause I'm a bit busy with work, but I haven't found anything useful online.

I am about to go to the service centre. If it's a hardware issue then i want them to replace my device instead of repair. 

What are your thoughts on it ?

Hi, have you got up any resolution for the bug ? Still not getting it.. I really believe it's a hardware issue. Samsung should take care of this with a phone replacement.

My samsung s25 ultra has not stable gyroscope especially on pubg how can i fix this?
