Google play system update

Hey guys, my Google Play system update's stuck on October 2024 and won't update. Any help would be awesome! 

I am on one ui7 beta

Same device here and November too.

Strangely when few minutes ago I've checked in settings if an update was available I've been asked to restart to apply a new update. 

After the restart it still at november.

What can be the purpose of the reboot then ?
