Why does the phone have extremely poor location accuracy when using Google maps and driving. Often it doesn't move or says I'm going backwards. It's the S24+ exynos. 

I can see many others are making posts about this and it's honestly dangerous. When will this be fixed?

Could you report this issue as an error report as well please so it gets more traction

I don't remember joining it, it was probably years ago.

Problems came back today after almost a week without issues. First with random pauses and in the end more or less complete loss of signal. Restarted the phone, and everything worked aga

I have used the S24 with Google Maps a lot the last month, and only a few times have I had loss of signal. So it’s a lot more stable than it was before, almost to the point I would call normal.

Thanks for your reply, its good to hear. Also Samsung has update about 1 week ago and Google Maps too, so I recommend to you to check if you have the latest versions, maybe its solved your problem 100%.

It's so annoying, if you haven't already reported this as an error report it would be great if you could

I haven't tried it since the update, although I'm assuming it still isn't fixed as even when I am not moving at home, my icon constantly moves around the place. I will try it this week and report back.

I tried Google Maps with my S24+ today.  Very bad experience.  Location accuracy is bad.  Voice directions are delayed and sometimes just stop.  Worst experience with Google maps on any phone I've ever owned.  These phones aren't cheap either; expected better.

Just to let you know, I haven't really had any issues with maps recently so it should be good now if you're on the fence about buying the s24+
