I am experiencing an issue with my notification for good lock settings. The notification option appears to be grayed out, preventing me from enabling notifications. Could you please provide me with a step-by-step guide to resolve this issue?

That your picture, it's a same what's opening when choosing "contact us" in Samsung Gallery settings.

Any questions asked via the Samsung Members app go directly to the Samsung development team. If your query is regarding the Good Lock suite of apps, then it will be routed to the Good Lock developers, who are an independent entity.

So why is it not common in England for there to be various departments in one company? Well, the contact of Good Lock Lab is the e-mail address sec.systemui@samsung.com. It's part of Samsung, or are you going to convince me now that not everything is Google with a @google.com address. It doesn't really matter who Good Lock Labs is, as long as it is under the @samsung.com domain it is part of Samsung and Samsung is responsible for its operations

It's certainly feasible that the Good Lock developers have a presence (work space) at Samsung Electronics, but they are still an independent team and separate from the Samsung R&D team. Samsung R&D team are unable to answer questions regarding Good Lock Labs software and vice versa. Believe me, I've already asked the question.

I am quite sad that Samsung R&D Bangladesh stopped developing the Artecture app. It was a great app, it's no longer available on the S24 ultra, but I still have it on the S21 ultra...I understand that that R&D team, probably like the one in the UK, or Poland or Israel or Ukraine or Jordan are unable to answer questions regarding Korea's Good Lock Labs software and vice versa.
