Galaxy Watch Claim

I brought the new samsung S24 Ultra with the deal of the galaxy Watch I'm still waiting for the Watch, I understand there is still a delay with it but when I go to track it nothing appears ? 

Anyone have any idea how to get the ball rolling please ?

People are receiving their promotional watch⁶ at different stages it seems @Rpeps which with some unfortunately goes past the usual 45 days waiting timeframe.

I assume that you already claimed it and it was approved.

There was just a post of an user who received it after 54 days. I guess there was more demand that it was foresaw. It is just a waiting game. Hopefully you will get yours soon.

I'm on 54 days now and still haven't received my dispatched email. I'm getting annoying at people after me have been getting them they should of been doing them in date order

I'm at 52 days and still nothing.. Fingers crossed it will be dispatched soon.. Just says it's processing still. On the 11th I got an email saying they are delayed but that's about it. Just found that email in my spam box.. Hopefully it'll turn up soon 🤞🏻
