Galaxy watch 6 sync issues

Good morning can someone help regarding the syncing with the Galaxy Watch 6. I recently received my free gift, I set it up with the phone and since doing so I have noticed that my Do Not Disturb or sleep routine has been disabled. Before it will automatically turn its self on. It appears the watch is keeping the phone on and disabling the feature/ routine

In your wearable app under watch settings / notifications enable sync do not disturb with phone

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I turn that settings on and go to another screen it turns the setting off again
