Hi
My phone S24+ updated yesterday, software says 6.1 but unsure if this 6.1.1.
Anyway since then I cannot get into Themes. When I try I get the message "App isn't available. Galaxy Themes isn't available at the moment, This is managed by Shell."
I have searched and tried many potential solutions, from restarts, safe mode, delete cache and data, accessibility options, turning off dark mode. I've also tried installing Theme Park and resetting the Default theme but no luck there either. And of course, trying to get a new wallpaper in Theme Park just tries to access Galaxy Themes and the same error message appears.
I'd prefer not to do any type of phone reset if at all possible.

Not sure what time you posted this but I didn't see it until today. In the meantime I decided to reset my phone. It's been a pain although I did have full backups of everything, mainly didn't know if Samsung Pass could be backed up so I've had to re-log in to a huge number of apps manually again.
I have tried adb before but couldn't make it work for me.
Oh well, one thing I've learned is that if you use themes you should always revert to the default theme before doing any os update.
Thanks for your continued suggestions though.

I couldn't get anything to work so I did a complete backup of the phone and did a reset. It's been a pain and taken several hours to get everything back the way I had it, plus losing all fingerprint access and having to log in to many apps with passwords again.
I think the suggestion above with the link to xdaforums could work - I didn't see that until after I'd decided to reset the phone. Also I've tried adb commands before and couldn't make them work - maybe I'm not clever enough to understand.
