I got my phone at the end of January. It works great, bit today when I use authrntic samsung fast charger and plug it in it does not charge. It charges on the wireless pad, but none of the Samsung authentic wires and plugs do not charge. I tried restarting, rebooting my phone, cleaning the port, but nothing works. Should I send it back and ask for replacement. None of my previous Galaxies had this trouble. I am so bummed.:-(

Try the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything @kateb5170

Other than that if another Samsung cable and Samsung Charging Brick is not Charging the phone then Samsung would need to look at the phone.

If your within any relevant cooling off period then Samsung would swap out the phobe if you bought the phone directly from them. If your passed the cooling off period then they'd would typically affect a Repair.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I have the same issue, got my phone in December. It prompted me for an update on 2/4/25 every since the update it won't charge unless I use a wireless charger. luckily one of my co-workers had one but it charges so slow! After checking reddit and other sites this seems to be a major issue and is well know but Samsung is not providing any solutions. I've never had an issue with any of my previous Samsung phones and this on a brand new $1200 phone is very frustrating.  They told me to go to a fix it shop but the guy called and after explaining the issue said he couldn't help because its not a hardware issue but a software issue. He suggested doing a factory reset or having the swap out my phone for a new one.
