@Dany4l 👋Like mentioned do you have any screen protector on your phone?
Any damage on the screen itself? Like deep scratches?
Have you tried to wipe cache partition? If not :
Plug your phone to TV, PC, other phone etc.
Turn off your phone
Press and hold volume up and power buttons simultaneously
When samsung logo appears release the power button and keep holding volume up button until recovery mode appears
Wirh volume down button navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and press power button.
Try safe mode to see if there's any other 3rd party apps interrupted your device :

If you have Samsung’s experience shop near by bring it to them and get it checked.
