Fast charging issue

Has anyone had issues after updating the latest software version? When I charge my phone, it's charging at normal speed. It all happened after updating the latest software.

Settings then battery device care, then battery, then charge settings is fast charging enabled ?

What makes you think it's charging at normal speed and not fast? Plug into your charger and then goto Settings > Battery and check what it says as per screenshot.

@mrg96 can you try an alternative Samsung fast charging spec brick and cable as a troubleshooting step. 

Also check the charging port with a torch for any build up of debris. 

There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App. 

The fastest update hasn't stopped my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra from fast charging.

Mine charges fine but since the update it dies a lot faster 🤷‍♂️

I have the same issue. Do you think it's really a software bug? Because it stopped fast charging for me before installing any update.
