Face tagging/recognising is not working in my s24 Ultra gallery.

Gallery people/face recognition doesn't exist anymore? Possible only remove existing ones. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. Only old photos from my S23 are tagged. For new photos taken on my S24 it's not working. 

It's not only face, but also text recognition. On my S23 I was able to take a photo of a document and then use the search function to search for a text in the document and the image would show up in the results. Not working anymore at all...

Very disappointing for such an expensive phone. Where can I file a bug report?

So many posts here and on Redit covering this exact same problem and we still don't know from Samsung what needs to be done to fix this annoying issue. Leaving the phone charging does not fix the issue, even after disabling battery protection so it could charge to 100%. Clearing various cache such as Samsung Media Storage, CMHProvider or Samsung Gallery does NOT fix it either. Reinstalling Gallery does nothing either.  Can we finally get this fixed once and for all. Just add an option to manually force the scan and give a progression bar would be much easier.

@Samsung can you please fix this? It's ridiculous that a phone claiming to use AI features cannot even recognize faces in photos.

It's not about labeling, I don't even get the faces with the questions mark and my old S20 was doing it without any problem.
