I have heard that YouTube is causing some thermal issues for some people @NishanAli. And not just for S24 Ultra owners. Some S23 Ultra owners have been reporting this also. Apparently a simple reboot will cool things down noticeably, but the problem may happen again a few days later. If this happened to me a second time I would launch the Recovery menu and select the Repair Apps option before another reboot. Please let me know if the simple reboot (with a clearance of the apps cache) helps you at all?.

Not a great thing to hear. I'm really enjoying the one I have.
What have you tried to do to remedy the issue?

Naturally updating apps and the phones software regularly will be recommended.

I would also recommend Wiping the Partition Cache on the phone.

The apps you use, are they third party apps to access those services or the original ones. Sometimes third party ones have issues or excessive background processing.

Are you using a case on the phone @NishanAli

Also try this generic troubleshooting step  > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Dear babishko after reboot it gets normal temperature but again after use creates same problem. Although I never played any game on a smartphone being a busy person in my work.

Your device is new, and YouTube is such a popular app, so this is last issue you need at the moment Nishan. My S23 Ultra has always been a cool running device from new some 14 months ago, but YouTube is even causing me some thermal problems at the moment which are all cleared by a reboot. Hopefully either a future YouTube update or even a Samsung software update can rectify this slightly annoying problem.

I've never had any heating issues with my S24U, even while setting it up.

My s23+ is also now overheating after recent update, did the above instructions of clearing the cache and no luck whatsoever. Loath to factory reset as other with the issue have reported no fix from such a drastic measure to a software update. Battery is also draining g ridiculously quickly now compared to two weeks ago.
