External mic not working

External mic of headset not working in s24 ultra.With all other app its working fine.Issue with smule only.Really disappointed.Anyone else got this issue.Any solution to fix it.

If it works with every app except Smule, I think it's the apps' problem. Check if you have given permission to use your mic. And the best I can offer is contacting app customer support.

Same for me with "Samsung" AKG headphones and S24 Ultra. You found any solution?

I just upgrade to the s24 ultra to find out that smule app does not sound good at all when trying to record a song or sing live. Please help ! 😵‍💫

Yes I have the same issue. Our voice volume is very feeble and not sound good also

Just bought this High End Samsung Ultra S24 Just to fine out the mic is very bad with smule, which i use daily. While the mic on my old Xiaomi sounded perfect.. how come:(?
