Error on repeat alert

I've discovered a constant repeat alert is coming from messages, the bubble without the dots. 

Messages are opened and read, but if repeat alert is on, it constantly repeats. 

Anyone else having this issue?

Which message app are you using, Samsung messages or Google messages

Samsung and I've disabled the Google.
