I can send but not receive emails I don't know how to rectify

If you are using Samsung email:

Go to  the Samsung Folder-Email, select the Menu icon in the top left hand corner.

Select the Menu  icon in the top left-hand corner,Select the gear icon and select your Samsung Account.   Select your email account and  sync emails.

From  the  email sync schedule you can choose the sync frequency, can also customise peak and off peak settings.
