Hi
I've transferred all my apps etc from s2w to new s24. Everything works except my alarm app eaton security. Says I've put in correct email and password then says faintly in background loading, but does nothing. Any ideas, tried deleting and reinstalling. Thanks

It maybe an app issue. Clear the cache of the app and all sign in info. Uninstall the app. Restart phone, install app. Turn off wifi. Enter log in details again. Turn wifi on. If it still does not work, you may need to contact their customer support.

Many thanks I got my son in law to clear cache and search history. It then allowed the login detail's. Thank you so much for the advice.
