I've just had the latest update (UI 6.1) and noticed that the "dynamic spacing" feature in Gallery Labs is no longer there?! (so there are thicker/white spaces between all my photos now). Anyone else notice this? 🤔

Well, Gallery Labs is still there - so I presume it can be enabled as normal. They seem to have just removed the Dynamic Spacing thing from it though...

Really hope this feature comes back in the next update... I can't get used to all my photos having thick borders(!) 😩

Yes the default was no spacing and you had to go into labs to turn it on.. By removing the option looks to have made it the default now.. It's rubbish as it ruins the look of pictures and consequently they are smaller as well.. Have made an error report but looks to have been ignored.. They don't give a *****

Yeah, I've reported it to them as well. I've been hoping they'll fix it in an update, but norhing so far 🤷‍.

Interestingly, my dad has the Samsung A13 (fully up-to-date) - and there's no issue with the Dynamic Spacing... it's still there in Gallery Labs! So maybe it's a problem only for the S24U(?)

Soo annoying, also they changed the screenshot sound now it's the same as the camera shutter (which is awful) they just keep introducing useless and unreliable AI features but keep ruining small details like these

A new bug fix update has appeared but dare not install in case they've disabled gallery labs and I use another feature to move the 3 dot menu to the bottom..

Previously, I encountered this issue as well, but back then, I simply uninstalled the Gallery update and installed a version where Dynamic Spacing hadn’t been removed. However, now that I’ve upgraded to UI 6.1, I can no longer install the old version and am forced to suffer from these awful black gaps. I don’t understand who was bothered by this feature and why, over the course of several months, no one listened to user complaints and brought it back.
