Didn't get one ui 7 update

It's been 2 months one ui 7 release for s24 ultra but I didn't get it on my s24 ultra till yet what can I do

Hi, as @danitudi971 said, you need to open Settings > About phone > Software information and post a screenshot of everything you see so that we can tell you whether your CSC has been tampered with.
