Data didn't transfer from Tiny Scanner Pro app

Using SmartSwitch, all my apps successfully transferred from Samsung S10 to Samsung S24 Ultra.  However, my data (saved scans) that was saved on the Tiny Scanner Pro app didn't transfer to my new phone.  Is there a way to transfer this data?  If not, any advice on the best way to copy/move/manually transfer this data to my new phone?

Hi @travelfax 

You need to check if the app has some backup facility into the cloud or similar, like WhatsApp. Failing that, you could use an external pendrive or USB SSD connect it to the S10 and copy all the files on the drive and transfer them into the S24 Ultra.

Can u not use Quick Share. I use it to transfer between all our phones in the house with zero issue.
