Good afternoon, everyone.
I am experiencing a technical issue from day 1 with my S24 Plus device, where I am unable to view in-app videos for an extended period before they become corrupted, leading to a system crash. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including a complete wipe and restart of the device, but the issue persists. I have attached an image of the corruption via LinkedIn. Worst culperate is Tiktok. Lasts about 5 minutes before starting to corrupt and then freezing and crashing.
Oddly enough youtube appears to be not affected by this with only a few occasions where this has happened.
