Contact numbers disappear.

Hi, my phone is Samsung Galaxy s24 plus, I noticed that I lost some numbers from my contacts, the names are still saved, but without numbers.

Could you please help me.

Hi there, it could be because the device is showing contacts stored on the phone instead of All contacts. This can happen if the "Automatically back up & sync device contacts" feature is enabled.

Could you please help me with disabling this feature?

Settings >account and backup>back up data

Or you could go to contacts top 3 dots press on it import contacts select device to copy contacts or sync accounts and see who's synced

Have a look at your settings to, you can show contacts without numbers showing or with numbers showing .
