Contact information on Lock screen doesn't appear

This just happened, my Contact information, while clearly displaying in Settings / Lock screen and AOD / Edit Lock Screen, it doesn't appear on my Lock screen.  I've looked into GoodLock / Make up / LockStar and it's displayed there.

For good measure, I wiped the cache starting up the phone connected to my desktop, Power on and Volume up, etc.  

I'm guessing this is an issue with GoodLock and One UI 6.1.    I guess my question is, am I the only one with this issue?  

(I'm writing this from my desktop, I'll be back with screen shots if anyone's interested.)

After a little digging, I learned that having Extend Unlock enabled prevents my contact information from displaying.  Once I turned off Extend Unlock, my Contact information scrolled by.

Hi Dave:  I had the same problem, and I also used your solution.  Yes, it works, but I use Extend Unlock, and hence there is no Contact Information on the screen.  Some goofball at Sammy apparently placed the "Extend Unlock" on the screen near or above the contact information.  Grrrrr.

Here is the actual solution (thanks to Robin621k on the US board, and my testing/verification):

When none of the "Extend unlock" conditions are met, the lock screen shows the contact information, as it should.  Just tested.

So, contact information is shown on the lock screen when a) "Extend unlock" is off or b) when none of the "extend unlock" conditions are met.

S24+ - Not sure I'm replying to the right user (LOL)

I don't use Extend Lock but still can't get my emergency contacts to show on the lock screen.  I've got everything set up correctly in Settings/Safety and Emergency.  How do I get them (or a link) to show?  Thanks

Up to One UI 6: For some wallpapers, this has to be changed in the wallpaper settings itself on the left screen which is for the lock screen customisation.
From One UI 7: this was moved to the general lock screen settings under "Contact information"

Thanks! Resetted my settings as I had some issue with resolution and found that it's no longer there, forgot how I set it up before. A quick google searcg brought me here and found your reply at the bottom. Very helpful, thanks!
