Charging issues

Please my phone has not been able to charge since Monday, I was asked to clean the charging port,which I have done but still getting the same result. Please help

Have you tried connecting to a different charging cable and charging brick?
Have you restarted your phone?
Are ghe any messages that show up when you plug in?
Does anything happen when you plug in?

Hi there 👋 and welcome to the community.

Have you tried wireless charger? Or different cables?

If so try to plug your phone on charge and leave it for like 30 minutes then press and hold volume down and power buttons until your phone restarts.

Yes,I have tried other chargers and brick.
I have restarted as well
Yes the message said unplugged your phone and clean the charging port

Having the same issue can't get my phone to charge.. able to get it to wireless charge but takes approx 6hrs

Brought my phone up to Vodafone it's still under warranty looks like the port is scorched and possibly serged the battery its gonna be sent off to be looked at.. must be a fault with the phone
