I have had this problem for 3 days. My phone makes and recieves calls. I can recieve texts but cannot send. I have called technical support, with both my provider and samsung. No results.
I cleared message cache, data
Reset network settings
Reset all settings
Factory reset phone
Switched sim card
Put sim card into another phone and tried texting
Reconnected me to cell towers
Checked if I'm on a spam blocked list
Checked my message center provider number
Everything under the sun.
I may note that this started happening after I sent out hundreds of invites through text for my job.
I am worried i may have to switch providers
Any support helps!!
UPDATE *****
I figured out that my texts are sending if I use RCS Chat with people who have RCS Chat enabled. I tested this with a friend and it worked. If the other person does not have RCS chat enabled, they will not recieve my text

Hello @Zabrianne and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 👋
I've known issues happen with a sim card after someone has sent lots of text messages, due to the policy of the network under their fair usage Terms and Conditions.
I know you've tried speaking with your Network's Customer Services, but it maybe worth just asking them again.
I note one of your troubleshooting steps is " Put sim card into another phone and tried texting "
When you tried this did text messages send or not 🤔
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hundreds of text invites? That must have activated some security protocols and limitations

I will look into this.
And putting my sim card into another phone did not work.
The problem is connected to my phone number somehow

Have you found a solution? I have this exact same problem. I just switched providers and it did not solve. I think its linked to the number itself?

I recently discovered that my number was reported to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) due to sending out a large number of text invitations, something common in political outreach. The report appeared to be made maliciously or in retaliation, likely due to the nature of my work.
After contacting my mobile provider, I learned that my number had been placed on an FCC blocking list. It took about two weeks for the block to take effect, and another round of coordination with my provider to get it removed.
If others are experiencing sudden issues with message delivery or call blocks, they may also have been flagged by the FCC’s anti-spam system, even if their outreach was legitimate. I’d recommend checking with your provider and asking specifically about FCC or carrier-level blacklists.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. According to my provider the fcc list is not something they can look into at all. Did you end up changing your number?
