Cannot expand file to see what I'm sending when attaching an email

Anyone else having this issue or knows the fix? Suddenly when I try to attach a file when sending an email from any platform, being outlook or Gmail, it won't let me see a preview of the file by expanding it as it always has done, it tries using a third party app to do so, called sticker maker, but when I deleted that app, it says cant open. Anyone know how to set this to open with Microsoft office or with Samsung notes?

Open the file using ms office or notes when in my files app. That should restore erroneous association

Thanks for response. That didn't resolve it. Weirdly it was because the file names I was trying to attach had - in them. So when I renamed the file, then it works. Strange but glad resolved
