Can´t select trade-in when buying S24+

Hi, I have a problem. I want to buy S24+, and want to trade-in my old S20+. But when I scroll down, the trade-in button is grey and I cant click on it. The weird thing is, that on S24 the button is clickable.

Can somebody please help me? I dont know if its a bug or I just cant trade-in phones when buying S24+.
