Can't Pull Down a Second Time for Quick Panel

Ok, so I've got the OneUI 7 update. So far so good, getting used to changes and differences, but the one thing that stands out head and shoulders is that you can't pull down a second time from the Notification Panel to access the Quick Panel.

When using a large phone, mine is S24 Ultra, even with large hands, I can't reach the top corner. Google and Samsung know this, it's why they keep moving UI elements to the bottom. Why remove such an intuitive and useful feature.

Bring it back, bring it back, bring it back...!

Swiping sideways really sucks when you have chronic hand pain. It's also so mysterious and out of place. I'd really like to be able to pull down twice for this again.

Not to mention that if the notification area is full, swiping right is not exactly easy.

Edit: Found a solution. Quick settings >> Pencil button >> Panel Settings >> Together

I have a phone like this:

Samsung A56, Android 15

This is the problem for me too.

There are 4 rows of icons.

If I set it to only show 2 lines, I can't scroll down any further.

I also tried it on a Samsung A36 phone, it works fine there.

I set it so that all 4 rows appear on the first swipe.

Anyway, did you manage to find a solution to this problem?

Hi it's not practical, phones are giant, you have to hold with one hand and go up to top right corner and down for UI and do the opposite for notifications, can you just bring back two tiles swipe or side right to left or left to right, so something practical. It became so confusing and hard to bring down menus, if nothing work please go back to slide down twice. Thanks

Still clumsy/disfunctional when you have many notifications you pull down for notifications it's fine but when you slide to left instead of bringing  UI it removes notifications. There must  e clever way to use left to right for UI at least, existing left to right panel softesreis not used by anyone. It's sort of like bixy used to hold the most precious button why it's way behind AI
