Bought the phone from where? Probably not meant for the region you are in. Or csc was changed

Aaah, your image in the main post didn't load. Now I see it.
Looks like your updates are a year behind. Your phone hasn't been getting any system updates for the past year, not good.
What this usually means is the country your phone was made for doesn't match the country of the sim card in the device.
If you bought the phone in the uk, and the sim is a normal uk sim, you might have gotten the device from an unofficial store who sold you an imported device.
For fixes, connect the phone to a pc with smart switch installed, see if smart switch on that pc will update it.
In a more extreme case, you can force an update but that will wipe app data from the device
