S24 Ultra being the flagship likely to be worked on first.

The older phones are ideally fine-tuned over the years for their respective hardware combos. So as the years go buy, the updates are less frequent.

Quality is beyond disastrous.

They did not really update anything: Raw is still not existent, bugs in the interface are still there, 5x cam still has no 24MP mode.

Yes, that's right also they are going to be further updates to the camera features so won't be fixed just by one update. Mentioned in Sammobile.com site if you read the full post regarding it. 😀
