As long as the 50MP photos are more detailed as the 12MP ones it's fine (if it's bright enough, no more than ISO 400). Different color processing is to be expected due to hardware limitations.
But with the S23U there has always been a bug that the 50/200MP photos did not process correctly and looked really lowres. Maybe that issue is still present.
I've seen people post 50MP photos that claim they did not crop the image, and really used the 5x lens at about ISO 200 that looked less detailed than their 12MP sample. This should not happen.
I guess every time that happens you should use the members app (within 3 minutes) to send logs and the image, so they have some examples to find the issue.

i already connect with samsung support team , i told them there is issue with "intelligence optimisation" feature. Samsung seems reluctant to acknowledge any fault with the Intelligence Optimization functionality. The support have led to suggestions of a broken camera or a full phone reset, despite the phone being only two days old ( purchased on 24th apr 2024 and put issue on 26th apr 2024).
