50mp and 200mp is simply useless because of the Intelligent optimization.Its downgrading the pics.Preview of the pics are good but the intelligent optimization is making it horrible.There is no option for switching it off.I don't know why people are not raising concern about this issue.

As long as the 50MP photos are more detailed as the 12MP ones it's fine (if it's bright enough, no more than ISO 400). Different color processing is to be expected due to hardware limitations.

But with the S23U there has always been a bug that the 50/200MP photos did not process correctly and looked really lowres. Maybe that issue is still present.

I've seen people post 50MP photos that claim they did not crop the image, and really used the 5x lens at about ISO 200 that looked less detailed than their 12MP sample. This should not happen.

I guess every time that happens you should use the members app (within 3 minutes) to send logs and the image, so they have some examples to find the issue.

There's also the Camera Assistant module from GoodLock that gives you extra settings, most notably for you is the Softening setting, you could try to turn it down.

Yes, the same bug is there with s24 ultra as well.Its not processing correctly, and photos are getting downgraded. It will take a couple of seconds to process, and we can clearly see that photo quality is going down.12 mega pixel cam is the best.

I've tried turning the optimization to minimal and honestly it makes no difference.. I would take a 50mp shot and it looks nice and clean in the on the screen before I capture but as soob as I capture. Samsung does with weird thing where they overdo the result. It results in an overly hdr image which doesn't look pleasant

This is the process. Samsung will not see feedback on here as this is a customer to customer forum.

If you don't wish to leave feedback, that is your choice but then please don't have expectations of future improvements.

i already connect with samsung support team , i told them there is issue with "intelligence optimisation" feature. Samsung seems reluctant to acknowledge any fault with the Intelligence Optimization functionality. The support have led to suggestions of a broken camera or a full phone reset, despite the phone being only two days old ( purchased on 24th apr 2024 and put issue on 26th apr 2024).
